The Captain's Quarters, features three bedrooms, three baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a free standing wood-burning fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa, Direct TV, wrap around full water view deck, beautiful waterfront picnic area with a charcoal barbeque. Every room has a water view. The Captain's Quarters will sleep a maximum of eight people. The deck actually suspends over the water. From the street level you come down a long flight of stairs.  If you have problems with stairs this might not be the place for you.

The Captain's Quarters is not handicapped accessible.We are a self-sufficient vacation rental.

We do not provide daily maid service or breakfast.

The Captain's Quarters is right over the water

Full Water views from everyroom.  The dining table expands to seat six,  the bar has seating for 4, Sofa makes into Queen Bed.

Upstairs bedroom with private deck, Queen bed, Quarter bath, sink and toilet only.

Downstairs bedroom, Queen Bed,  with full bath just steps away in the hall leading to the liiving/dining

area, private deck for watching the waterfront.

Third bedroom, double bed, private deck, half bath with shower

We do not allow pets. We are very strict on this so please do not ask.

Provisions in the Captain's Quarters: All linens, Radio/CD player, Direct TV, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and basic condiments such as salt, pepper, sugar and creamer. We do NOT furnish food. We do not furnish laundry faculties 

                                                          We do not provide daily maid service or breakfast. .

In the bathroom, towels, linens and a hair dryer is furnished. We do NOT furnish any items of a personal nature such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toothpaste, lotion etc..

 

Rates:  Summer Rates in effect May 1

The Captain's Quarters 5 night minimum stay rental is $475.00 per night for up to six people. 2 extra guests can be allowed on the queen size sleeper sofa at $15.00 per guests, per night. Children do count in the number of people staying in the Captain's Quarters,   Maximum of 8 people. The minimum stay is Five (5)nights nights.   If you book for Seven (7) nights the weekly rate is $3150.00 (nightly rate drops to $450.)for up to six people, 2 extra people can be allowed on the queen sofa  for $15.00 per person.  Captain's Quarters cleaning fee $100.00(non-refundable) and a booking/damage fee $250.00 which will be refunded within 10 days if you complete your stay with us and leave the place as agreed in the rental form.  We will book 3 night stay for $575.00 per night for 6 people,  plus deposit booking/damage fee $250.00, State and Local tax 10.1% and cleaning fee of $100.00.  Week-end requires 3 night stays, Friday,Saturday and Sunday nights.

Combo deal for Studio's (Sweet Escape & Summer Dream) 3 Nights stay, both units, $425.00 per night for 2 guests each room.  Extra person in room on twin bed window seat $15.00 per night. Cleaning fee for smaller studio's $50.00 each (Non-refundable) and a booking/damage fee $100 which will be refunded within 10 days if you complete your stay with us and leave the place as agreed in the rental form. We will do one night combo for both little studio's for $450.00 plus booking/damage fee, cleaning fee $50.00, each unit and state and local taxes 10,1%

Rent just one of the little units for $250.00 per night, 3 night minimum, add one extra guest for $15.00 per night, children do count as guest. Cleaning fee is $50.00 (Non-refundable). booking and damage fee is $100.00 which will be refunded within10 days if you complete your stay with us and leave the place as agreed in he rental form.  We will do two nights for $265.00, for 2 people, plus cleaning fee and refundable booking/damage fee $100.00, this fee is refundable.  Week-end requires 3 night stays, .Friday,Saturday and Sunday nights.

Combo Deals: ...Captains Quarter's and one of the little studio's $675.00 per night for eight people maximum, Five (5) night minimum, plus cleaning fee of $150.00, taxes, booking/damage fee $300.00, refundable.  2 extra guests can be allowed on the queen size sleeper sofa in the Captain's Quarters at $15.00 per guests, per night. One extra guest in the little studio at $15.00 per guest, per night.  Children do count in the number of people staying in the Captain's Quarters and the smaller units.  We will do 3 night combo for $775.00 , plus state and local tax of 10.1%, cleaning fee $200.00, booking/deposit fee of $300.00, this fee is refundable. Week-end requires 3 night stays, Friday,Saturday and Sunday nights.

Rent all 3 units for $850.00 per night,   for 10 people, 4 extra guests can be allowed at $15.00 per night per guests, (2 on queen sleeper sofa in Captain's Quarters and one each in the Summer Dream and Sweet Escape on the twin bed window seats.  Children do count, Five (5) nights minimum stay required for this rate.  Cleaning fee $300.00(non-refundable) and a booking/damage fee $350.00, which will be refunded within 10 days if you complete your stay with us and leave the place as agreed in the rental form.  To rent all 3 units (10 people) for minimum of 3 night the rate is $950.00,up to 4 more people for $15.00 per night per guests, plus cleaning fee of $300.00(non-refundable), booking/damage fee of $350.00 (refundable) Week-end requires 3 night stays, Friday,Saturday and Sunday nights.

We are a self-sufficient vacation rental, there is no daily housekeeping. There are no extra linens for more than the allowed number of guests booked with your reservation. We live on the property and we do not allow you to just show up with extra guests. Please do not embarrass us or yourself by thinking we will not ask non-paying guests to leave.

We are a pet free rental...no pets allowed
